Before we get started
What does the $500 cover?
One company, up to three AWS, Google Cloud, or DigitalOcean connections, ten allocation groups, and one monthly reporting period. Software access for the agreed scope, onboarding, a reviewed report, and one review call are included.
When will we receive the first report?
We target seven business days after we have the complete data and agreed scope. We confirm availability and a delivery date before payment. Missing data or unresolved differences are called out rather than treated as reconciled.
Do we need to connect our cloud accounts now?
No. Start with a walkthrough and a discussion of your current reporting process. We agree the required invoice files, usage exports, and any read-only connections during onboarding. Please do not email credentials or sensitive billing files with your inquiry.
Is this automated bookkeeping?
This is a service supported by Tovin software and human review. You receive allocation and reconciliation support, not tax advice or a complete accounting journal. Your accounting team approves treatment and posts the final entries.
What happens after the pilot?
The pilot covers one month for $500. Continuing service is $500 per month for the same scope, only if you choose to continue. There is no annual commitment. We agree any scope changes before charging.
